irradiation : 好处: 杀菌&阻止损害

坏处: 降低营养

支持者: irradiation的坏处没cooking差.

结论:支持者的说法有问题,因为: 那些既被放射又被做的食物,它们的V B1 的减少是和两个步骤共同相关的. 而不是支持者说的两个步骤有区别(E选项)
