我现在也认为是E了，正如有位同学说的，E中的would have 是虚拟语气可以和前面的will平行。

A中what impact will it have if it does表达很罗嗦而且确实应该用虚拟语气表达更好

GMAT中的虚拟语气后面应该跟IF IT DID.

宾语从句不能接疑问句式and what impact will it have if it does应该改为and what impact it will have if it does
