a form of ownership of the pre-Columbians 这种形式的核心词有些dangling ，也就是说，可以这样a form of [ownership of the pre-Columbians]，也可以这样[a form of ownership ]of the pre-Columbians ，不如这样pre-Columbians form of ownership 清楚。拙见。

to communal ownership of land，to what had been a pre-Columbian form of ownership respected by the Spaniards，后面黑体部分是补充说明前面黑体部分的，而D中 in which变成修饰 land了。

不好啊，因为a form of ownership of the pre-Columbians 平行于a return to communal ownership of land . 而and 后面的respected 与前面的proposed 平行。
