Which one of the following can be properly inferred from the information above? A) If the polls are grossly inaccurate, someone more qualified than Mcguinness will be apponited head of the planning commission. B) McGuinness will be apponited head of the planning commission only if the polls are a good indication of how the election will turn out. C) Either Shero will win the election or Stauning will be appointed head of the planning commission. D). McGuinness is not an architect and has not been on the planning commission for fiteen years or more. E) If the polls are a good indicationof how the election will turn out, somone less qualified than Stauning will be appointed head of the planning commission.

Try to learn the deduction figure here.
Polls are arrurate -> Shero win election -> Mcguinness be appointed
C is wrong because Shero could win the election if the polls are accurate. D is wrong because Mcguinness could be an architect who has been on the planning commission for less than 15 years or a person who is not architect but has been on the planning commission for more than 15 years. E is right in accord with the deduction line above. 作者: maronghong 时间: 2003-11-1 12:47
