(C) are priced to sell, and they do
(D) are being priced to sell, and have
(E) had been priced to sell, and they have
看了og后面的解释还是觉得云里雾里，记得分号前后的两句的结构应该是相同的，
难道时态不是么？主句用的完成式，从句也应该用完成式才对巴。
还有为什么,and they do的do就一定指sell呢，有什么规律么？

如果选A，and they are重复表示强调，正确
如果选c，and they do/sell，the wines are priced to sell, and they sell，表示结果，正确

不过and前后却未必要同一个时态巴？
