标题: 请教一到语法题
是前几天，这里提供的一套真题里的24题

Several financial officers of the company spoke on condition that they not be named in the press reports.

A.  that they not be named
D.  of not having their names
E.  of not naming them

答案是e, 我选的是a, 虽然a用了被动语态，可是d,e的having... ,  naming....的主语都和officers不一致。可是为什么选e呢，动作发出这根本就没有出现过啊。这类问题我最弱了，请大家帮帮我系统地分析一下

How come  I choose E? My thoughts:  the meaning for this sentence:

name  them (Several financial officers) ( but actually not)=
Several financial officers of the company spoke on condition of not naming them in the
press reports.

Please don't laugh at me, I am a big Cai Niao. It's very possible that I am wrong, just say
what I think!

我认为E的句意模糊，在这里用现在分词表示动作的发出着是officers。

A表大的很清楚，是这些官员没有被提名

答案A没有任何问题，这是ETS给出的官方答案。
on condition that是固定用法，再来一个例子：
He was released on bail on condition that he did not go within half a mile of his mother’s address.
