为什么不是E啊

我想，E不對的原因在於little指不可屬名詞，但是後面接的differences卻是可數名詞，而且還是複數。

語法上，兩種都可以。

比如: a device whereby to make money;

a policy whereby all working women get paid maternity leave.

whereby 其實就是 by which。如果用 by which套進句子，which前就必須有先行詞，但是D中，whereby之前並沒有任何先行詞。

ＯＧ上的解释好象是使用了whereby，那么这个句子就没有主语了．
