No less remarkable than the invention of nuclear power has been the way the technology has prompted governments to reevaluate the nature of international relations.

这道题原句是正确的，可是我怎么也搞不明白这句子到底什么意思．．．

应该是：　没有什么比原子能更重要的了．．．．

可是 no 后面为什么用less呢？为什么不用more?

The way (in which) the technology... has been no less remarkable than the invention of nuclear power.
我尝试翻译一下，抛砖引玉：
在推动政府重新审视国际关系的本质（程度）这方面，这种技术丝毫不比原子能的发明逊色。
no less +adj. than something, 是说不比...差/...

no more+adj.than是说不比什么更好。如果用这种句式，意思就变咯。
