答案是E，我选的是A，后来觉得E中虽然主动替换了原句的被动是正确的，但是仍然无法理解最后那个介词,from，请教各位NN解答一下when的前面为什么要加from？

感觉 Regardless 的逻辑主语应该是人，所以主语应该是non-Australians ，但A 的主语不是。

上面有朋友提到regardless, 它其实不用考虑逻辑主语问题,并不是每个东东放在前面都需要考虑逻辑主语的.
