（1）把邮递给过去的中国院校的本科成绩单原件复印很多份，然后连同打印出来的评估结果一起邮寄给申请的美国法学院；
（2）只把评估结果邮寄给申请的法学院，而中国院校的本科成绩单不再一起邮寄给美国法学院；
（3）按照 JD CAS 的成绩单格式，重新录入申请者的成绩单，连同评估结果一起以电子邮件或者打印、邮寄的方式发给美国法学院。

you probably need to talk to LSAC about these
but from what i've learned they do keep your LSAT score for up to 5 years, but most law schools will only want a score no more than 3 years old, however LSAC do keep it for up to 5 years.
your transcript, i think that's what you are talking about, is only from your undergrad schools, they should keep it for record.
when you apply for LSAC, they will request your transcripts. and they will keep it on file. but if you are not applying until 3 years later, then you probably should request it when you apply.
there is no reason to do it so early, it does not give you any advantage.
although, LSAC does take up to 4 to 6 weeks to process your paper work and your records, so get it in before then.
They will only send your information to the schools' you've applied to. how though, you should probably ask LSAC yourself.
