但有人指导我该题正确答案应为E——现在分词格式Being heavily committed to a course of action作主语。

C 中 especially if it has worked well in the past.的 it 无指代或指代错误。

C、E不同之处是，c 强调这个人，而 E 强调这种情形/情况。

考试临近，哪位大 N 或斑竹能抽空 详细解释一下？不慎感激！

指人用 it 不对。

E的瑕疵很明顯，首先省掉了題目中的人(題目為何使用被動式而把人寫出? 這點強化C的合理性)而移至後面；再來，原題中的代名詞使用混亂，E中仍然不如C清楚。

似乎有点明白，不过，你讲的区别并不大，嘻嘻

试问，如果将

E： Being heavily committed to a course of action, especially one that has worked well in the past, is likely to make an executive miss signs of incipient trouble or misinterpret them when they do appear.

改为

E‘：Being heavily committed to a course of action is likely to make an executive, especially one that has worked well in the past,  miss signs of incipient trouble or misinterpret them when they do appear.

则你所说的问题将不存在。( PLS notice yellow marked part)

So, E is the perfect.

哦，不辩不明，

此题经过本人反复细看，感觉矛盾焦点在 especially one 中这个 one 是指代 executive 还是  a course of action上，

而 C 中确实没明确这种指代， E 则明确指代了a course of action，

再回题干看，Heavy commitment by an executive to a course of action, especially if it has worked well in the past,

头痛，题干指代什么？

是否就近指代？

今天作Prep语法看到一道题和这道题很像，贴出来供参考：

trouble前面还有a course of action。og解答里写了it应该是指代a course of action的
