第二题的C中that从句没有有问题，E的other than what it is,的,不妥。
第三题的C中was要改成is,D中的award后面必须要逗号
第二题，我一开始也是选择C的，不过GWD的答案是E。
E选项，a substitute for the telephone, a tool for private conversation 和后面的a tool for communicating with a large, public audience，感觉应该有并列，如果将三个并列成分分在两个句子里面是不是也有不妥？所以我认为用"other than what it is, preciously the opposite" 作为插入的成分，保持并列的完整性，这样会好一些。
第三题是D吧，e中的逗号加in long-overdue感觉很怪啊。
相反，d中的可以理解成同位重复。
