Lift 是消除的意思。

意思说数据显示不睡觉可以帮助病人减轻Depression, 作者argue不睡觉不是治疗Depression的好方法，问哪个选项可以解释作者的argument。

E选项大概的意思是说如果病人睡觉Depression的症状可以反弹。人不能一辈子不睡觉啊。所以很好的解释了作者的argument
