支持扩建铁路的人认为铁路建成后他们将来在高速公路上遇到的阻塞会比现在更加少，这样人们都会认为大家回去做火车，而去选择自以为会畅通无阻的高速公路

A的解釋雖然繞了個彎，但是比E好。E說部份住在郊區以及在郊區工作的人可能會搭，暗示這種人的比例不高，至少不如A中所說的八成的人來的高，因此對交通擁塞的狀況影響不大。

同意，如果铁路建好了，大家还是去用高速公路，那么拥挤现象不会被缓解。
