请问大家，我准备申请美国的PHD，如果打算2008年春季入学，应该在什么时间之前考完“寄托”呀？谢谢了。

good Ph.D. programs are available only in fall semester,in that case, u should finish GMAT & TOEFL no later than December 2007 (deadline for application of Fall 2008), usually October 2007 will be better since you need to locate the programs according to ur scores.
