No.
can students transfer between them after admission? thank you!
However, lots of schools, such as LBS and Rotman, allow their part time students transfer into a full time program after first year study.

so is the quota for part-time less or more than that of full-time, normally?

Well, you have to deal with different issues then.
For the part time, you have to keep your current job, to convince your boss sponser either money or time, and to get loan if your employer won't cover all. Especially, you have to sign a contract to promise to work for your current employer at least 3 years after your MBA etc. Unless you sponsor youself as an entrepreneur.
For the full time, much compete with other young talent kids, as Chipmunk mentioned, paper work plays pivotal role rather than real work experiences and finance issuses.
It seems no easy way to move around... HeHe...

first, no school will advertise that you can switch from part-time to full-time. because that will significantly drain their full-time applicant pool
second, the competition is easier in terms of percentage, for example, Haas school accepted less 17% at full time program, but 25% at part-time program
third, part-time students do not get full service in most B-schools especially if you want to switch career.
I agree with ethd007, there is no easy way around, you pay what you get for.
