the following sentence correction appears in GWD-2-Q29 and GWD-3-Q17 at the same time , but the answers are two totally different ones. help, please.....

Several financial officers of the company spoke on condition that they not be named in the press reports.

A. that they not be named

B. that their names will not be used

C. that their names are not used

D. of not having their names

E. of not naming them

Answer: A Or C ?

Must be A. on condition that 是虚拟语气用法，that后边的从句的谓语必须是动词原型。
