impose 要和begin平行，这个我看的出来

但是查词典只找到conclude +by, with,that或者 conclude to do sth.决定干某事’

这里的conclude to +n.，那TO就应该是介词了，有这种用法吗？中文意思是什么？请知道的NN指教

还是我自己来解决把。我查了金山词霸和在线英语词典的解释

conclude 的解释有

v.结束, 终止, 决定, 作出结论
vt.推断, 断定, 缔结, 议定

词组有

conclude by/with +n.可表示以。。。结束

conclude to do sth.决定干某事

conclude +that 从句表推断出。。。。

所以我觉得这题的正确答案应该是B而不是D

我是这么想的，虽然我选了B，但是我认为如果B是with就没问题了，BY不好：

A conclude with/by B 都存在，但是大家仔细看看，B一定是A的某种方式或动作；

这个题里面，考察的不是conclude 短语，而是 to ones satisfaction ，而to ones satisfaction 不是A发出的动作或方式，所以和conclude没关系。

选D，to one's satisfaction是固定搭配，还涉及一个句型 "祈使句＋if"

conclude在这里的意思是，conclude the negotiation缔结条约．

1. conclude有表示收敛，一致的意思。 concude to时表示和。。保持一致。

2. to one's satisfaction.
