A说明了真正的原因是peanuts,与milk无关

Please note staple, which means foodstuff. If the main staple containes the carcinogens, when eating with the milk, according to the the argument, the cancer is possible.

题目中提到了老鼠的实验

当老鼠暴露在aflatoxin之下又被喂了casein，容易生cancer

而casein是一种milk protein

表示人类在以上情况同时发生的时候就会生cancer

答案A表示热带地区的人种植的peanuts support a mold growth that produces aflatoxin

再加上题目中所描述milk powder中含有的casein被人类吃进去

就跟实验中的老鼠一样容易生cancer了

得病的原因是milk+aflatoxin

milk已经提供了，在有关aflatoxin那么就大功告成了,

如果主食里面有aflatoxin那么加上milk，癌症就多了

搞清楚aflatoxin 和 casain的关系 A就选出来了是这两个因素的结合， liver cancer才会发生
