我对这道题目有不同的解释。我总觉得如果of...也用来修饰scale的话就应该和with短语并列，那并列为什么不用and连接而用逗号呢，这是并列的大忌啊。我觉得B选项是一个标准的独立主格，of用来修饰settlements.只是语序改了一下 应该是each of (settlements) up to 600 rooms. 为什么要倒装呢？ 原因是connected那个分词短语。 分词短语放在句尾只能用来修饰前面的名词，所以不得不把each后置用connected来修饰，表示每个settlement间用啥啥连接。不知道这样理解对否～
这题目也太bt了，知道答案理解起来还这么费劲～
