应该是作动词是为aim at doing , 作名词是为the aim to do , 作主语时应是the aim is to do...

比如说：we must aim at increasing/to increase exports.

几年了都没看见有人对这个知识点进行系统总结

1.是否人做主语只能用aim at doing; 而物做主语(如:plan,act,policy),就既可以用aim at doing,也可以用be aimed at doing.

2.前面有人说:be aimed at doing 可以省略掉be,我对此深表怀疑:

a.如果是修饰部分,例如:has followed a policy aimed at decreasing... OK没问题

b.如果是主句部分,例如:This plan is aimed at saving animals in the rain forests... be还可以省略???!!!

实在不明啊,请NN为我们系统总结一下.

求证中...

be aimed at 目的是，旨在,为了；例句：Our marketing campaign should be aimed at young working couples。
我们的行销活动应该针对年轻的上班夫妇.（以我的理解，相对以下两个，这个用法一般要委婉一点，最好把这个词就记成“为了”这样就好用了）
aimed at 针对；目的在于例句；I aimed at the door but hit the window.我对准门射击，不料打中了窗子。（这个就理解成做事的目的，就是很直接的）
aimed for 瞄准；以…为目标例句；Your whole parenting has aimed for this moment.
你这个教育目标就是这一刻。（这个是指长久以来的目标）

我想通了，aim的用法
I aim the gun at a buck => the gun is aimed at a buck
The company aims policy at xxx => Policy is aimed by the company at xxx
所以是aimed而不是aiming
看了几个洋人的帖子，也说不出个所以然来，只说idiomatic
