anybody votes A?

compared to Germany, which uses just over 33 percent ["which" refers to what? ]
whereas nuclear power accounts for just over 33 percent of the energy produced in Germany
whereas just over 33 percent of the energy comes from nuclear power in Germany ["the energy" refers to the energy produced in France? ]
compared with the energy from nuclear power in Germany, where it is just over 33 percent ["it" refers to what? the energy produced in France? ]

Therefore, I choose C, even though the GWD answer is D. Open to discuss.

whereas和while差不多意思,如果有比较意思在,是不是whereas后面也该跟 the energy而不是nuclear power呢?

C的nuclear power是具体名词，和前面未环线部分不一致。

it是特指，应该指代名词以及修饰名词的成分。所以A中it 应该指代the energy produced in France。

这个解释的很好！不过我还是想问问，E中的it应该指代的是the energy from nuclear power in Germany. 不是很懂~~~求赐教

我到觉得这里的it作为主语应该指的是“over 75 percent of energy produced in France.”但是逻辑不正确，因此降格指代宾语nuclear power。但逻辑还是不对，这里真正it指代的应该从逻辑上说是energy produced，但是由于energy produced被限制了，所以就导致It 无正确指代。。。
对于E选项不懂，it为什么不是对the energy from nuclear power in Germany的指代？？？？
