标题: [求助]关于转换职业的essay

医学专业背景,硕士,全职高校双语教学.兼职做外语培训工作,做到Manager of Teacher's department的状态,目前想读MBA.

准备ESSAY,自己创业,讲外语培训倒是有些经验,但觉得对方会觉得八年的医学背景不是useless了?

转而想说转换到医药行业的管理职业,但对医药行业的操作模式很不了解,即使恶补也不能写出很有内容的ESSAY.

请各位战友给个建议,谢谢!

If you have a medical background + some leadership experience, it's perfectly reasonable to say that you want to switch into a field that utilizes your various skills/background. Instead of focusing on how things operate, I would focus on how you expect to exercise your strengths in the new territory and draw on experience in the past. Good luck!
