标题: 885-4-21跳跃修饰
T21,如何判断are looking 修饰的是什么？是communities or lakes?

in OG 85, is bringing back to修饰的是 a market，可是根据意思来判断，可是在885-4-21中，修饰communities or lakes都可以说得通啊？

有什么标准，可以准确地判断跳跃修饰？thank u .

T21,如何判断are looking 修饰的是什么？是communities or lakes?这个题目是根据意思来判断，因为谓语是are looking，所以主语必然是communities，lakes逻辑不通。只能是communities而不能是Great Lakes指着其waterfront提高城市生活质量。

in OG 85, is bringing back to修饰的是 a market，可是根据意思来判断，可是在885-4-21中，修饰communities or lakes都可以说得通啊？
这个题目（OG85）中THAT从句只能修饰a market啊，总不能修饰furniture吧。

一个疑问：前面不是有but么，这样，后面修饰的应该是one，所以，应该是is....而不是are..来修饰communities 吧

跳跃修饰的判断：
1）从逻辑意思上判断
2）从主谓一致来判断，这点也很常用

但是针对这题来说,后面修饰的应该是one，所以，应该是is....而不是are..来修饰communities 吧

one是中心词,而且从逻辑意思来说,也行得通.那么,究竟修饰的是one还是communities呢????

单独用one of +复数名词的时候后面肯定是用复数形式，即中心词在复数名词上。

如果是the only one+复数名词的时候后面肯定是用单数形式，此时中心词在one.

不过此题中前面加了一个but,虽然我选对了，但我也不是很清楚此处该如何判断，请NN指点一下。

如果是the only one+复数名词的时候后面肯定是用单数形式，此时中心词在one.

再来分析选项看看：
首先肯定是用look to ，A，C，D比较，而as a way to improve ，as a way of improving 我觉得都是属于redundant的表达，没必要加一个as a way，本来to improve就是表达一种动作的目的性，然后其前面的动作looking to 就是表达一种方式，你觉得呢？

呵呵，说的没错，平时确实应该严格要求自己，考试时才能运筹帷幄。
不过我在一考中觉得很难做到每题都能细细考虑，我差不多就是在二选一中选一个差不多合适的，很难找到什么充分的理由，我想这也是我当初的不足之处。
你呢？有什么好的经验分享吗？

这个是我这两天的语法小体会,发给你,希望有帮助.

1.意思至关重要
2.看练结合，并要上量，自然能融汇贯通，不能只读OG。
3.发现问题，解决问题，找出规律，总结应用，绝不满足于做对题。
4. 有体会更要贯彻。

这个是我一考犯的一大错误！当初就是拿着别人的总结材料自己看了一遍还是没能变成自己的东西，现在我自己都总结记录下来，好记性不如烂笔头啊。

1.意思至关重要

这点我很有疑问，觉得很难做到。我在每次模考和机考中都发现，有些比较复杂的句子真的是很难在1-2分钟之内完全读懂尤其是为划线部分的意思，所以只能在2个之间选一个自认为合适的，你们碰到这种问题是如何解决的呢？是不是我的阅读存在问题？

remeo,我也有一样的感觉.这也就是我水平不到家的原因之一.

我想80%的语法题,可以通过语法点来解决的,但是有些难题确实需要通过意思和逻辑,你可以找一下gemj帮我解答的这题. 我确确实实地体会到意思确实非常重要.这题,如果要正确地判断修饰谁也是少不了意思啊.

我想我们确实应该好好修炼，语法这个部分，入门觉得简单，深究又觉得大有文章可做，可能做到最后又发现很简单。不过单从提高正确率这个角度来看，不易提高啊。

2、“肯定”这样的词还是少用为好，一般都不是最佳选项，呵呵

在这里but不是指only,而是一种强调语气：
used to give force to a statement:
Everyone, but everyone, will be there.

So here ‘only’ is to give force to ‘one’, does not mean ‘the only one’.

难道就没有人像我一样对 looking to/ looking at的区别有疑问么？

特地查了一下：方便自己+他人

来源：当代美国英语学习字典

1。to look to sb. or sth.指望，依靠 eg. the boy looks to his big brother for help.

2. to take care of or attend to an obligation: 照顾，当心 eg. the girl looked to finishing her homework before going out to play.

我觉得这道题是意思1
