想知道为什么黄线处可以用复数,而划绿线处可以用单数An呢? 这样符合主谓一致吗?

我想这里的people 是民族，人群的意思， 不是单单的指人。 所以是说： 一个特别有文学气氛的民族（人群），冰岛人（民）如何如何。。
