A conception was a substitute 错

B but which is 前无对称的地方错了

Cthat 这里修饰歧义，substitute 应该修饰前面的a tool

D Which 这里修饰的是telephone , 不对

E 中a tool 做同位语 what it is 和名词 a substitute对称，而且后文的 a tool 和选项中的a tool 呼应很好

我是这么想的请指教
