标题: 请帮扫一眼有没有见过这样的语法结构(prep)

同学们有见过to the strengthening the economy这样的结构么？我感觉至少应该是to the strengthening of the economy啊！

此题的答案应该是B,dedicate 只有两种结构，

我在Google里面查了查the strengthening the，查到一些句子，然后我再回过头想想，感觉似乎是这样的：

这题考点之一是dedicate的常见搭配用法 dedicate sth to sth，这个to是介词，所以后面一定加的是名词性的词做介词宾语。动名词可以做介词宾语，现在分词一般好像不太做介词的宾语。所以答案C的后面这个strengthening the economy是动名词短语，而不是现在分词，在该动名词短语前面再加个定冠词the，就成了 the strengthening the economy 了。

我自己瞎琢磨的，哎，说实话就算这样我也不知道为什么在这里，这个strengthening动名词要加个定冠词the 呢。

其他经常见到的动名词做介词宾语的，也没见到多少加the的，比如：

I am looking forward to coming to USA.

I have got used to working in the nights.

哎，搞不懂，我的SC最差了……郁闷……

那个C打错了，应该是

有没有人能帮忙确认一下，这个C答案到底是什么版本的？
