do u think 工资高，福利好 is meaningful in your application? If not, probably you don't need to say that. i think this is a chinese term and direct translation will be very confusing. Probably terms that are easy to understand include total package, base/bonus, cash/non-cash benefit etc.

agree. u stay longer because the total package is good? i don't think this is good reason. A logical person should decide whether to work there based on many reasons: learning, culture, personal development opportunities. Therefore it's natural to work in a company for long time and you don't need to explain. i really don't know why you want to emphasize that you work there for long time.

xx salary and xx benefits doesn't make sense at all. Compared with people from Mckinsey/Goldman, or any middle mgm in US/EU/JP, I can hardly believe you have such great pay. conclusion; rethink what you want to say!!!

support Kevin, try not to mention "money" in your application.

Why don't simply emphasize on the challenging experienes you learned ?...

Frankly, I do a MBA because I want to chase my interested career. not at all. u work in one company for 5-6 years and, then realized that you need to switch to another are that you are more interested. this is a very good reason for you to apply for mba. i don't think it's logical to say that you are doing sth you don't like only because of pay - this is a message to show that you don't have a clear career plan (i really doubt the high pay you mentioned. if you don't earn cny40k per month, then you don't need to mention that your pay is high). i guess my pay+bonus+allowance before business school might be higher than yours but i never mentioned it.
