可以这样理解吗？很多大学认为royalties 属invention, Faculty members认为royalties属于books and articles，要使royalties属software ，那么就要使software更接近 books and articles 而不接近invention.

说大部分大学从老师的发明中获取专利费，老师从书和文章中获取专利费。结论，老师应该从软件中获取专利费。

问additional premise,E说软件跟书文章更具可比性；把E加入文中显然使得结论更成立。
