OG19题做对了,就是觉的十分不顺,特别是第一句话,怎么看也和后面的不怎么有关系啊!

我觉得此处不要太在意even though的翻译,而在于therefore的理解。
我不是完全翻译的,觉得只知道大概意思可以更快做题。
成员的invention归学校,成员的books and articles归自己。因而照此种分法,成员的教育软件应归自己。
E选项讲明教育软件更类似于books and articles,证明教育软件应归成员。

therefore之前的描述称为A:  faculty members retain royalties from books and articles

therefore之后的描述称为B:faculty members retain  royalties from the educational computer software

A,B有本质的联系。本题的对称很工整,无论是三段论还是采用外延的方式(有一件事情推及到另外一件事情),都可以好不犹豫的选择。

我想D选项中的that应该为than,意思是:“从大多数的大学实际经验来看,教育软件要比书籍文章更好卖”。

可以这样理解吗?很多大学认为royalties 属invention, Faculty members认为royalties属于books and articles,要使royalties属software ,那么就要使software更接近 books and articles 而不接近invention.

MM先搞清楚在说什么。


说大部分大学从老师的发明中获取专利费,老师从书和文章中获取专利费。结论,老师应该从软件中获取专利费。


问additional premise,E说软件跟书文章更具可比性;把E加入文中显然使得结论更成立。
