答案是D。用取否看了一下，就是成人主要是由于受了小孩传染得了流感，所以新疫苗还是有用。但是题干当中有成年人一般都接种了疫苗啊，也就是：
小孩得流感不会有serious complication， 但是很多大人会被小孩传染，但同时大人已经vaccinated，所以结论还是成立的啊。
