我选A,我记得新东方说过不能用them,要用which指代的吧？

A我觉得也有问题，也是因为主句没有动词。are连在which后面说明是从句的动词。

说实话，这句话我总觉得怪怪的。much到底指的什么？

答案应该是C, 主语是an overwhelming proportion of women 动词是work, many of them in ... 名次+介词短语做独立主格结构
