B. hot sauses stimulate the release of endorphins in the brain, like exercise, and they have a pain-relieving effect that is like morphine.

这题在今天的模考中做到,A虽然just as比like 好(强调动作),但是后面的these莫名其妙,不能指带,而A和B的effect like...和effect that...都感觉很奇怪,到底这题怎么区分啊?
