2.it it the fault of educators (after ignoring the restriction clause, you can consider the meaning again)

so option C distort the original meaning.

C有个问题，就是it 的指代

C) It can hardly be said that it is the fault of educators who have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology

这个it没有指代对象，因为这不是一个强调句，如果自强调句，应该是it is the fault that....或it is educators who

题目中强调的是fault但是用的是who
