为什么E不对？to cost less和to deliver平行不对么？

比较不对称，这里是A newly developed jumbo rocket can deliver得东西和shuttle can deliver得东西。 to cost和to deliver不平行，逻辑意思不对，不能说rocket be able to cost/也就是说不能说roket有能力cost。这里需要注意be able to 得用法

be able to有主观的意思，就是说，我认为我可以，我认为我具有这个能力，能不能做取决于我（主语）。 Can是可以，表示功能性的意思。据个例子， I am able to run 1000 miles an hour. The machine can reach moon within 10 hours. 这里说无论怎么样，机器具有这个速度。但是没准我今天心情好我就跑了1000，明天就跑了200。如果两个词放在一起，大部分情况选can

我不明白为什么space shuttle后面一定要跟can呢？比较句不是可以省略相同的动词的吗？比如I love her more than you (do).呵呵。。。

哦！我刚刚想到，是不是如果space shuttle后面没有can，就容易引起歧异呢？就是容易让人误解为比较对象不是“rocket的能力”和“space shuttle的能力”，而是a heavier load of instruments 和 space shuttle的重量.比如C选项：

逻辑上没有了can应该是用rocket来发射比the space shuttle更 heavier的load of instruments
