C,with没有＂像＂的意思，更不可能是独立主格结构

D,while是conj.后面跟clause

E,把从属部分改成主干，不对

1.后面跟得是个句子,所以可以排除介词WITH.

2.AS做连词时,可以表示举例,in accordance with what or the way in which

WHILE,AND不能表达这种关系.

3.后面有个定语从句要补出关系代词that
