好像没什么人对这道题有疑问，但是我做错了，而且有点想不通，请大家指点指点。

答案是E，我选D。首先我觉得in July 和since October 1987这两个时间状语，后面的一定不包含July，也就没有必要说in any other month 了啊。

其次，as low as 后面为什么一定要加一个what呢？我觉得没有也可以啊。而且这个what好像也不是指代前面的sales哦。
