答案是E，偶觉得E中的那个and that虽然是很平行，但系意思上很怪啊，另外，itr trunk的逻辑主语不是会有歧义吗？！谢谢！！

evidence后面跟to蛮奇怪的

"evidence to suggest that..." is idiomatic in American English.
