to one another也体现了一个群体之间的个体相似
但consider X Y（优选）的用法更习惯于consider X to be Y, 但此题选项中都是一致的，所以不是考点。
如果是定语从句谓语用limits，主语可以是kind，我认为也应该是可以讲的通的。而如果选择D,they（复数）怎么能对应（similar to）one another(单数) ？所以是不是因该考虑C呢？
