问的是可能会正确,不是“must be true”。A是可能正确的
因为题目中给的是总的下雨量,1990年高于1910年。moderate rainfall和slight rainfall的天数都比较过了,只剩下heavy rainfall的比较。
下雨量比较,其中包含这乘法式子:heavy rainfall每天的下雨量×天数。如果1990年heavy rainfall每天下雨量够大,则足以可以使天数降低,并且可以降低至小于1910年heavy rainfall的天数。

今天又一次看到这道题,忍不住说两句,其实对于这道题疑惑的问题可能会觉得小雨中雨的天数在1990年都比1991年少,选项A又是第一个需要排除的选项。所以在看题的时候很容易联想到自然大雨的天数在1990年要多。
