这道题答案为B, 有点搞不懂a strong defense of the United States Constitution 是修饰什么的。如果是修饰The Federalist papers, 为什么要用a strong defense呢？

a strong defense和an important body of work是the federalist papers的同位语。其中a strong defense 和 an important body of work需要平行，而满足平行结构的只有B。
