1,意思大致是这样的：任何医学测试都会时常在一个状况存在的时候没能发现它，而在它实际不存在的时候发现了它的存在．
A,B最后的it指代不清，指one？应为condition
B,D detect后没宾语了
D,E 最后的it指代presence,应为condition
