我不是NN，这道题也做错了，想了一些原因，交流一下。

关键是题目的命中点-失业率

D虽然说明了提高价格对processer的好处，但是并没有充分的原因说明对解决失业问题有好处；

E提供了一个助长失业率的他因，因为现行的低价导致农村人口向城市涌进，与题目的原来的原因恰恰相反，达到weaken的作用。

同意。题目是说放开关税后，大家都去卖未加工的产品了，那么在城里面做加工生意的人就没事做了，就失业了。

E 说，导致城里人失业的原因是大量农民工涌进城内。属于他因削弱。
