逻辑主语的问题吧，A、C、D中逻辑主语是protein，这是不对的，是不能跟wheat相比的，逻辑主语应该是rice，是rice在和wheat相比。

I think B makes more sense. "... of higher quality " is much often used than "... higher in quality".
