我觉得E 把原文的意思都改变了，A，C都比E好。不明白。望大牛指导。

derivative和substance的科学意思完全不一样，在这样的情况下我才选择终于原文意思选的A

谁被cultivated呢？只有DE符合逻辑意思。D明显错。
