if n=p/q, and both of p and q are non-zero integers, is n an integer?

1)n²is an integer 2)n³ is an integer?

我知道是老题了，可这道题的答案到底是什么？我见到两个版本的都不一样

我觉得答案是D，因为只要N的平方和三次方是整数的话说明Q的平方/三次方的所有的因子都在P的平方/三次方因子内，所以…………
