你看原文第一句话，说棉花价格的上涨是因为被虫害所害，b选项说出了一种新的有效的杀虫剂，不会伤害棉花，所以棉花的价格不会上涨了，所以那些农民改种棉花没道理。所以。。。。。。。。。。。。
