who will be the members in this committee. only some staff or both staff and faculty.

do they have enough knowledge to cover all business area?

Most of them are admission office staff, some are second year students. They have many years experience, they want to know your leadership potential, not knowledge.

Usually two admission committee members will read your profile. If they can't reach an agreement whether to admit you, the third person, sometimes the director of teh adcom, will read your profile. This varies from school to school slightly.

Well, I think you probably have a bit misunderstanding here.

Actually you should put your professional stuff understandable to the admission committee, assuming that they don't have a bit of knowledge in your area . Also, the more professional you are, the more respect you can get from people including admission committee.

I have just had the same experience as yours. Actually, I dont think the foreigners are keeping to their words as I have expected.
