不明白为什么答案是d

医生开的不就是处方药吗，d哪里削弱了呢？

还有b为什么不对呢

看了很多讨论还是不明白

题干的逻辑：量大是因为效果好，这里说了量大还可能是因为降价促销，所以打击了题干

如果改成“现在未用N的医院以后会用是因为病人无法忍受其它药，而不是因为效果好”，有一定竞争力

而且，请注意时间，现在的量大因为效果好和以后用不用没有必然关系
