2、Admittedly, the certain amount of donation to humanity causes will bring the company good corporate image which, as a important factor, will enhance the employees' loyalties. However, since why the employees lacks motivition and productivity is unclear, donations' contribution to the the change are still open to discuss. 捐赠可以树立企业形象增强雇员对企业的依赖感和忠诚度,但由于员工缺少激励的原因并不清楚,所以此举在提高员工对本职工作的热情方面的作用不得而知。

结论:By narrowing his focus on financial awards issue and ignored the critical differences between non-profit work and donations, the arguer exaggerated the cause-and-effect relationship between donations and employees' motivation and productivity. 过于注重物质方面,忽视了非盈利性工作和捐献的差别,作者扩大了捐献和雇员受到激励努力工作之间的关联,而且可行性比较差。如果作者可以更多地证明,说明缺少生产率和激励是由于对公司的声誉不满意引起的,那么这个论断将更有说服力。
