我觉得A削弱, 说很多人撤消了部分投资在特殊帐户上钱, 不就说明这个计划没用了吗?

D应该是加强吧,说人们把钱转到特殊帐户上

应该是没有问题的。A是Support，B是Support，C、E貌似无关选项。看我对二楼的帖子回复。
